Return and Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Self-Service Returns
You can easily access your account and view your orders using the link at the top of the page. Through your account page, you can submit a return request and receive a return shipping label sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Manual Return Method
To start a return, please contact us at contact@eyewearcloset.com with your name and order number. We will send you a prepaid shipping label within 1 business day.
Return Shipping Charges:
- For domestic returns (USA), a $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
- For returns from Canada, a $14.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
Restocking Fee:
If the order is not returned within the specified return window, a restocking fee will be applied.
Orders placed from any country outside of the United States or Canada are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. If applicable, express shipping charges will also be deducted from your return.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Eyewear Closet is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend closely tracking your package to ensure secure delivery. If you have any concerns about the delivery, please contact your local post office for assistance.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
