Handling time

All Eyewear Closet orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

During processing, each order receives a final product inspection, is carefully packaged, and prepared for shipment.

Once your order has been prepared for shipping and a shipping label has been created, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

Please note that tracking information may not update immediately after the shipping label is created. The first tracking update may appear after the shipping carrier receives and scans the package.

Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates and available shipping methods for your specific destination will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Estimated delivery times begin after order processing and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

International Orders, Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or local authorities.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge paid to Eyewear Closet.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other government-imposed charges are the responsibility of the recipient, except where otherwise required by applicable law. Eyewear Closet does not determine or control these charges. Import requirements and fees vary by country. Customs processing may also affect the estimated delivery time of international shipments.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been prepared for shipment, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier to receive and scan your package. Tracking information may not update immediately after a shipping label is created.
