Handling time

All orders will be processed and shipped the same or the next business day if ordered by 5 p.m. (EST) upon confirmation of payment. An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. Once the order has been dispatched, an email confirmation will be sent to you with the tracking number.

Import Duty

In most cases, import duties and taxes are not applied when your parcel arrives, however please note that customers could be charged for some deliveries, once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary from country to country.
